Initial Kinesiology Session (90 minutes)
In person, Ellerslie, Auckland: $130 These sessions involve:
1) A confidential questionnaire followed by a conversation either over the phone /Zoom or on the day of the session to get really clear on what your challenges and goals are and set the context for the energetic work. This is like a mini coaching session and an important part of the process.
2) The muscle testing and energy work session conducted in person. All healing is ultimately self-healing: Kinesiology using muscle testing simply provides a way of tapping into your own innate wisdom and improving energy flow in order to facilitate your own healing and transformation. Energy balancing techniques may range from working with acupressure points, meridians and chakras to utilising colour and sound, or suggestions for lifestyle changes or dietary modifications. Working with thought patterns, beliefs and emotional charge or trauma is also a strong component of most kinesiology sessions.
3) Following the muscle testing session, we will go through any suggestions for lifestyle changes or energetic techniques you can use at home to support your goals. The aim is for you to be empowered to be your own healer!
Follow up Kinesiology Session (60 minutes)
In person, Ellerslie, Auckland: $115
Sessions will follow a similar format to the initial session, but having laid the groundwork we can move a lot of energy over a shorter time frame.
Full Remote Session: $90 These sessions involve:
1) A confidential questionnaire followed by a conversation either over the phone /Zoom to get really clear on what your challenges and goals are and set the context for the session. This is like a mini coaching session and an important part of the process.
2) The muscle testing and energy work session conducted remotely. How does this work? Everything is energy, and everything is connected, therefore distance work is incredibly effective. With your permission, I will tune in and use myself as surrogate for muscle testing and energy work. Rest assured that this will not involve any confusion of our energy fields.
3) Following the remote session, we will connect over Zoom to go through any suggestions for lifestyle changes or energetic techniques you can use at home to support your goals. The aim is for you to be empowered to be your own healer!
Mini Session: $50 (These are carried out in a shorter time frame, so involve energetic techniques and lifestyle suggestions that are quick to carry out and/or that you can perform yourself. Note that simple is not necessarily less powerful so these can be great sessions for a taster/if your budget is limited). These sessions involve:
1) A confidential questionnaire for personalisation.
2) A distance kinesiology session where I'll use muscle testing to go through a database of interventions that may assist you ranging from dietary and lifestyle changes to simple exercises and energetic techniques.
3) Follow up will include an email summary of your session as well as a brief meeting on Zoom where I'll go through what came up and demonstrate simple energetic techniques you can use at home.
Package Deal with Lesley Diane, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist: $70 per session, see details below.
Craniosacral therapy and kinesiology are complementary therapies; therefore, we’ve put together a combined offering, designed to be synergistic so that your family can receive maximum benefit. This is particularly aimed at neurodivergent children and families, but anyone may benefit.
- Book 2 (online) sessions with Kirsty and 2 (in person; West Auckland) sessions with Lesley (e.g. all for your child or 2 sessions each for you and your child) to be used within a 2 month period from the date of booking and pay only $70 per session ($280 total). (If you would like to involve more members of the family, let us know so we can provide a suitable package).
'Harmonise' Family Package $480 see details below.
As we know, our closest relationships are generally where all of our 'stuff' shows up, and our energy fields are particularly strongly connected with those of our children. With this in mind, I've created this package for families... to help you shift collectively towards a more joyful and harmonious dynamic.
What's Included:
1) 1x initial Zoom meeting (online) where we look at what feels stuck individually and in the family dynamic
2) 2x full kinesiology sessions for 2 family members (4 sessions in total)
3) Exercises for home support will be provided after each session
4) 1 x follow up Zoom check-in; to reflect on what has shifted and create pathways forward.
